By using bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin by polycondensation of self-made epoxy resin EP-E51 as hydrolysis agent; using polypropylene copolymer (PPR) as antistatic agent and multi walled carbon nanotubes grafted PPR-MWCNT as toughening agent, the alloy has high hydrolysis resistance and excellent resistance to static electricity. Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ABS) and maleic anhydride graft copolymer ABS-g-MAH were used as compatibilizer in melt blending to make the alloy have good compatibility. This product has excellent antistatic properties and hydrolysis resistance, especially suitable for the automotive and outdoor sports equipment products, is conducive to large-scale promotion and application materials.

This project is aimed at the shortcomings of the existing technology, by adding epoxy resin EP-E51, epoxy ring opening reaction can effectively capture the polymer produced by hydrolysis of carboxyl groups, product stable and harmless, so that further prevent polymer hydrolysis, PC/ABS alloy material has high hydrolysis resistance and excellent antistatic property.
